If you have not taken the time to read "A (very) Little About Me" running along the right side of my blog, you may not know that I school my kids at home. I have not always done this, in fact I am a minority in the home school community in that my kids went to public school for years. My oldest who is almost 17 went until half way through his 8th grade year. The following Sept. I kept my other son and daughter, who would be entering 6th and 5th grades, at home also. Let me tell you, this is a massive change!
Since this decision was made we've fumbled around a bit trying to figure out what schooling at home means to us and for me personally, how do I get everything done? There is so much! Today I found this blog link on my Facebook page and it was a great reminder that no matter how much you do there will always be more, so take some time, slow down and take care of what you can, because tomorrow the list will be bigger and that's okay. Hehe.
