Moving Forward

It seems lately that my life has been in a state of turmoil.  Oh, not the kind where my family's taking punches at each other..or every time I turn a corner I end up on the wrong street (that's why I use TeleNav), but the kind of turmoil where I have been afraid to take a step forward because I don't know exactly where my foot's going to land.  For me, personally, that is far more disconcerting than a temporarily chaotic household.

As an adult I have always been somewhat fearless, vocal and courageous; so this sense of paralysis had me stumped and exasperated.  This was a whole new thing!  Yesterday, I was set free from those confining bonds that threatened to suffocate me at the very core of who I am and this morning I awoke with a desire to resume my blog, changing the name and the foundation of it.

The content, of course, will continue to be sharing my life experiences with the sole purpose of encouraging you in your own Journey's of Discovery, but by doing so I have no choice but to share about the foundations of my spirituality, because there is no way otherwise that I can share my victories.  They simply go hand-in-hand.

I am VERY excited about this!  My hope is that even if you & I differ in our spiritual viewpoints, we can still find the common ground of pursing life and being victorious in our personal battles.  The only way I am truly victorious in my life is through pursuing my relationship with Jesus.  He is the only one who has been able to retrieve me from self-debasing attitudes and lifestyles.  He is my foundation.

Today I am victorious!  I won the battle!  I chose to step out of my comfort zone (definitely not a cozy place) and pursue my journey of discovery and for that I am thankful and grateful.

Truly, All Things Are Possible!
